We are looking for Hindi-speaking Voice Process Executives to handle customer calls, understand their requirements, provide accurate information, and ensure excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls in Hindi.
Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Make follow-up and reminder calls as required.
Explain products, services, offers, or processes clearly.
Maintain skilled and polite communication with customers.
Update customer details and call records in the CRM/system.

Requirements
Fluent Hindi communication is mandatory.
Valuable verbal communication and active listening skills.
Basic English communication skills preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
