We are a child-focused pediatric rehabilitatoin clinic dedicated to supporting children and families through compassionate, evidence-based care. We are seeking a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) who will serve as the first point of contact for parents and caregivers, ensuring a welcoming, supportive, and organized experience from inquiry to ongoing care.

Key Responsibilities
Greet parents and children warmly and serve as the primary point of contact (in-person, phone, and digital channels)
Handle inquiries related to services, appointments, assessments, and therapy programs
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Coordinate with therapists, clinicians, and administrative staff to ensure smooth service delivery




Address parent concerns professionally and escalate issues when needed
Support billing, insurance coordination, or payment follow-ups
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with clinic policies and child data protection standards

Required Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, patient relations, front-desk, or client-facing roles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Robust interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy workplace
Proficiency in basic computer systems
Qualified demeanor and strong problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
