Sales Executive – Datia
Full time | On-site
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to grow our residential, commercial, and industrial solar business.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and networking.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solar solutions.
Prepare proposals, explain cost savings, technical benefits, and subsidies, and close sales.
Achieve sales targets and maintain a solid customer pipeline.
Coordinate with technical/installation teams for smooth project execution.




Build customer relationships and provide necessary after-sales support.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and government solar schemes.
Requirements
Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Basic solar knowledge or willingness to learn.
Target-oriented with good follow-up and organizational skills.
Knowledge of Datia and nearby markets preferred.
Comfortable with field work and customer meetings.
Solar/renewable energy experience is an advantage.
Diploma/degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Basic MS Office and digital communication skills.
Ethical, self-motivated, and a solid team player.
