Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Engineer at Principal / Staff engineer level with strong hands-on expertise in building scalable, enterprise-grade applications. This is an Individual Contributor role for engineers who enjoy coding, solving complex technical problems, and contributing to application design and architecture.

This is a backend-focused Individual Contributor role requiring deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Kafka, along with working experience in modern frontend technologies such as Angular or React.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Build and enhance microservices and event-driven applications using Kafka.
Develop secure, scalable REST APIs and backend services.
Contribute hands-on to coding, debugging, code reviews, testing, and performance optimization.
Develop and integrate modern frontend applications using Angular or React.




Participate in application design and architecture discussions for scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Troubleshoot complex application and production issues and implement long-term solutions.
Collaborate with Product, Architecture, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams.
Drive engineering best practices around code quality, automated testing, CI/CD, and secure development.

Required Skills
9–16 years of software development experience with robust hands-on coding expertise.
Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.
Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architecture.
Strong experience designing and developing REST APIs.
Experience with Angular or React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Robust understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, and Distributed Systems.
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Solid debugging, problem-solving, and application performance optimization skills.
