Hiring: Excel & Inventory Management Executive

Location: Mumbai | Experience: 2–5 Years | Full time

We are looking for an Excel expert with solid inventory & purchase management skills to take complete ownership of our stock and purchase reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate stock, purchase, sales & inventory records.
Track SKU-wise, supplier-wise and category-wise stock.
Reconcile physical stock vs. Excel/system stock and identify discrepancies.
Maintain purchase orders, invoices, quantities, rates and supplier records.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
Create reports for stock valuation, ageing, fast/slow-moving & dead stock.
Build and improve automated Excel reports and dashboards.
Ensure all data is accurate, updated and properly organised.

Must Have
Advanced Excel skills — Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, INDEX-MATCH,



dashboards, etc.
Strong numerical and analytical ability.
Excellent attention to detail.
Experience in inventory/purchase management.
Ability to independently create and maintain a structured Excel system.

Experience in garments, textiles, fashion, wholesale, trading or manufacturing will be an advantage.

What We’re Looking For

Someone who doesn't just enter data, but can build a proper stock management system, find mistakes, analyse inventory and give management transparent reports.

Salary: ₹25,000–₹40,000/month, depending on experience and capability.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
