Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and self-driven Business Development Associates who can take our smart home solutions to more customers. This is not just a desk job - you will meet clients, understand their needs, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales:
Generate current leads through field visits, cold calling, references, and follow-ups
Meet potential clients at their homes, offices, and sites
Explain and demonstrate our Smart Home Automation & CCTV products
Build solid network with Architects, Interior Designers, Electricians & Builders - our key referral partners

What We Are Looking For
Valuable communication skills in Hindi, English & Marathi
Confident personality with convincing and presentation skills
Must have a Bike + Valid Driving License (Field job)
Experience in Real Estate, Interior, Home Improvement, Security Systems, or Electronics sales is preferred
Willing to learn, self-motivated and target-oriented

Pay: ₹16,588.11 - ₹30,000.00 per month
