Key Responsibilities
Handle e-commerce accounting, sales data, settlements, returns, and receivables.
Manage sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journals, ledgers, and bank reconciliation in Tally.
Handle GST, TCS, ITC, RCM, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-2B reconciliation.
Prepare E-Invoices, IRN/QR Codes, and E-Way Bills.
Handle TDS compliance, reconciliation, and return filing.
Manage vendor/customer accounts, ageing, collections, and vendor payments.
Support manufacturing accounting, inventory, purchases, and sales processes.
Coordinate with GST, TDS, and audit consultants.
Identify and resolve accounting and reconciliation discrepancies.





Qualifications & Experience
B.Com or relevant qualification in Accounts/Finance.
1–4 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Vendor Management.
Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Robust attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai (6 Days Working)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
