Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales & Distribution skilled to manage sales, distribution, and market expansion for dairy products. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in the dairy/FMCG industry with strong knowledge of distributor and retail operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage sales and distribution activities across the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, supermarkets, and institutional customers.
Achieve monthly and annual sales and distribution targets.
Appoint, manage, and support distributors and channel partners.
Plan and execute market visits, sales promotions, and trade schemes.
Monitor product availability, stock levels, secondary sales, and market coverage.
Ensure effective product distribution and timely replenishment.
Identify current markets, outlets, and business prospects.
Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, products, and market activities.
Coordinate with distributors and internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.
Track outstanding payments and support collection activities.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and distribution MIS.
Train and guide sales representatives and field staff.




Ensure proper execution of company schemes and merchandising standards.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree in BBA, B.Com, Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in Marketing is an added advantage.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Dairy, FMCG Sales & Distribution, Consumer Products, or a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of distributor, dealer, and retail channel management.
Experience handling sales targets and territory expansion.
Good understanding of dairy/FMCG market dynamics and distribution networks.
Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and relationship-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting/CRM tools.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
