HR Manager (Generalist) – Hotel & Restaurant Industry

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with mandatory experience in the Hotel / Restaurant industry to handle HR operations, recruitment, employee relations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.
Manage attendance, payroll coordination and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and HR policies.
Coordinate training, employee engagement and retention activities.
Support manpower planning with department heads.
Handle exit formalities and Full & Final settlement.





Requirements
8–15 years of HR experience in Hotel / Restaurant industry – Mandatory.
Solid knowledge of HR operations and labour laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable knowledge of HRMS and MS Office.
Ability to manage HR activities in a quick-paced hospitality environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

Experience:
Human resources management: 7 years (Preferred)
HR genaralist: 7 years (Preferred)
