Worldmove Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) who will be responsible for managing client relationships, guiding them through visa and immigration processes, ensuring timely follow-ups, and maintaining high client satisfaction. The role requires close coordination with clients, documentation teams, and sales to ensure smooth case processing.
Understand clients' immigration requirements and recommend suitable programs and services.
Counsel clients regarding PR, Work Permit, or other immigration services offered by the company.
Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into successful sales.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Coordinate with the Operations/Case Management team after successful client onboarding.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions in the CRM system.
Resolve client queries professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Submit daily work updates and reports to the reporting manager.
Follow company policies, sales processes, and communication standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
