Candidate should have robust skills on JAVA programming languages and focus specially on the following areas:

Spring Framework, REST, HTML , jQuery, AJAX, Java Script and CSS
Lead and mentor a team of backend engineers in Java and related technologies.
Architect scalable and maintainable backend solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
Ensure performance, security, scalability, and maintainability of the product.
