Job Responsibilities:
Providing training and assistance to resolve complaints.
Ensure completion of the service calls and improve customer serviceability & satisfaction ratings.
Managing the service team
Coordinating with the principal to guide and support the service team.
Keeping track of and service calls (Warranty / Out of warranty)
Making service & AMC proposals
Generate Service revenue.
Support sales & Service team
Prepare the sales & service proposal and follow up with customer.
Payment follow-ups.
Job Qualifications:
Valuable Electrical knowledge for Eg: Electronic Control Unit (ECU’s). [Preferred
Verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in maintenance and handling of port machines. (Preferred)
Valuable Electrical knowledge for E.g. Electronic Control Unit (ECU’s). [Preferred]
