About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing Executive with experience in Real Estate / Redevelopment and solid field-work exposure. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential leads, conducting field visits, building relationships, and supporting the business development team in generating new prospects.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular field visits to identify potential leads and business opportunities.
Generate leads through field scouting, networking, referrals, and local market activities.
Identify and connect with property owners, associations, brokers, and other relevant stakeholders.




Understand and communicate the company's real estate redevelopment services to prospective clients.
Conduct preliminary discussions with property owners and collect relevant property/project details.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and ensure timely updates.
Coordinate with the internal Sales, Business Development, Legal, and Project teams as required.
Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, follow-ups, and conversions in the recruitment/lead tracker or CRM.
Conduct market research to identify potential redevelopment opportunities.
Prepare regular reports on field activities, leads generated, meetings conducted, and follow-ups.
Achieve assigned monthly targets for lead generation and field activities.

Pay: From ₹300.00 per day
