Identify premium societies, clubs, hotels, exhibitions and other suitable event prospects.
Evaluate venues based on customer profile, expected footfall and business potential.
Coordinate with society committees, venue authorities and event organizers for permissions and event slots.
Present the TDF brand profile and negotiate venue charges and commercial terms.
Plan and execute society events and jewellery exhibitions from setup to closure.
Coordinate jewellery stock, displays, branding, print materials, logistics, manpower, security and event insurance.
Conduct customer engagement activities to increase footfall and generate enquiries.
Capture customer details and qualified leads during events.
Coordinate with store teams for customer follow-ups, store visits and sales conversion.
Maintain the upcoming event pipeline and weekly event-sales tracker.
Prepare brief post-event reports covering footfall, leads, store visits, sales and event cost.
