Lawyer – Job Description

Position: Lawyer / Legal Advisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Lawyer to provide legal advice, handle legal documentation, represent the company in legal matters, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Provide legal advice and guidance to management and various departments.
Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, contracts, notices, and other legal documents.
Handle legal disputes, claims, and litigation matters.
Coordinate with external lawyers, legal consultants, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
Ensure the company complies with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
Conduct legal research and provide opinions on legal matters.
Maintain proper records of legal documents, cases, and correspondence.
Review business transactions and identify potential legal risks.
Prepare legal notices, replies, affidavits, and other required documents.
Represent the company before courts, tribunals, or other authorities when required.




Keep management updated about significant legal developments and potential risks.

Required Qualifications & Skills
LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
Valid Bar Council enrollment/license to practice law.
Robust knowledge of applicable corporate, commercial, labor, and civil laws.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Good knowledge of legal procedures and documentation.
Robust attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to manage multiple legal matters and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience
Experience in corporate or commercial legal matters is preferred.
Experience handling employment, contracts, property, recovery, and litigation matters will be an advantage.

Salary

Salary: As per experience and company standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
