Position: Operations & Pricing Executive – USA

Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily pricing & operations for Air Freight & Ocean Freight
Procurement & pricing from co-loaders and vendors
Manage full documentation: AWB / BL / Import & Export / Customs Clearance / Invoicing
Verify vendor costings & send pre-alerts to overseas offices/agents
Coordinate air & sea cargo bookings with partners
Arrange cargo pickups & deliveries with transporters
Ensure timely & accurate responses to enquiries
Work closely with stakeholders for smooth shipment execution

Requirements:
3–5 years' experience in Air Freight (70%) & Ocean Freight
Robust background in Pricing,



Operations & USA back-office documentation
Valuable understanding of USA documentation process
Strong English communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
