Key Responsibilities:
Handle recent customer enquiries and coordinate product demos.
Visit hospitals/clinics for product demonstrations.
Carry service tools, medical equipment, spare parts, materials, and standby machines as required.
Install and commission medical equipment at customer locations.
Attend breakdown calls and provide troubleshooting/service support.
Handle installation, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs.
Coordinate with customers regarding service requirements and follow-ups.
Prepare service reports after installation/service work.
Travel within Pune and across Maharashtra as required.
Support the company in delivery, installation, product demonstration, and service activities.

Candidate Requirements:
Biomedical/medical equipment service experience preferred.
Must have own two-wheeler.
Must have a valid two-wheeler and four-wheeler driving licence.
Willingness to travel across Maharashtra.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Responsible for protected handling and transportation of medical equipment and standby machines.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pune, Maharashtra (Pune, Pune District)
