Experience Required
1 to 8 years of experience
Prior experience in EdTech Sales, Inside Sales, Career Counseling, or Program Advisory is preferred
B2C Sales

Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective learners and provide career guidance.
Convert qualified leads into enrollments through consultative selling.
Understand customer goals and recommend suitable programs.
Handle objections effectively and close high-value enrollments.
Conduct timely follow-ups and maintain accurate CRM records.
Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to improve conversion rates.




Consistently achieve individual sales and revenue targets.

Required Skills
Robust communication skills in English and Hindi.
Excellent counseling, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
Experience in high-ticket sales is highly preferred.
Ability to thrive in a target-driven workplace.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills.
Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1 years of relevant B2C sales experience.
Prior EdTech sales experience is mandatory.
Experience handling premium education programs or high-value products is an advantage.
