Requirements
● Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts.
● 3–5 years’ experience in premium restaurants or luxury hotels.
● Strong knowledge of food preparation, plating, hygiene, HACCP, and FIFO.
● Ability to manage an independent kitchen section.
● Positive understanding of food costing and wastage control.
● Team player with solid communication and leadership skills.
● Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain quality standards.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
