Managing Appointments: Scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming doctor consultations, surgeries, and diagnostic tests.
Coordination: Cordinating with relelant departments for appointments
Calling: Calling prospective patient support
Patient Triage: Answering initial patient calls and routing medical emergencies or clinical questions directly to nurses or doctors.
Data Management: Updating digital marketing startegy
