Location: Kochi
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the EdTech industry is mandatory

Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Academic Counselor to guide students and parents in choosing the right courses, handle inquiries, generate leads, and support the admissions process.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents about courses and career opportunities.
Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online inquiries.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Generate and follow up on leads.
Convert prospective students into admissions.
Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
Maintain student and lead details in CRM.




Build strong relationships with students and parents.
Participate in seminars, workshops, and promotional activities.
Prepare regular admission and follow-up reports.
