Job Responsibilities:
Generate business through the assigned sales channel.
Recruit, train and develop insurance advisors/agents.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly and annual business targets.
Handle and motivate the sales team.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
Ensure proper follow-up with customers and prospects.
Maintain regular sales and performance reports.

Candidate Profile:
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in Life Insurance / BFSI / Sales preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid sales, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Target-oriented and willing to work in a field-sales workplace.

Salary: As per experience and company norms + incentives.
