Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Handle inbound customer calls and provide relevant information.
Follow up with leads and potential customers regularly.
Generate and qualify leads through telephonic communication.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the sales team for further lead conversion.
Maintain qualified and positive communication with customers.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
Prepare regular calling and follow-up reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of relevant telecalling experience preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Confident, polite, and professional communication style.
Valuable convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / computer operations.
Ability to handle customer queries and follow-ups effectively.




Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Preferred Candidate:
Immediate joiner preferred.
Candidates with prior experience in telecalling, customer handling, lead generation, or sales support will be preferred.
Candidates who can work from the Jaipur location.
