As part of our expanding hotel operations, we are looking for a skilled Commis Chef specializing in South and North Indian cuisine. The candidate will support the culinary team in preparing authentic Indian dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook South and North Indian curries, gravies, and traditional dishes.
Assist with mise en place, ingredient preparation, and station organization.
Maintain kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and food-safety standards.
Monitor ingredient usage and station inventory.
Coordinate with the culinary team for timely and efficient order execution.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.

Requirements
Prior experience as a Commis Chef / Line Cook in South and/or North Indian cuisine.
Positive knowledge of traditional Indian spices, recipes, and cooking techniques.
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced hotel kitchen.
Commitment to hygiene, quality, and teamwork.

Pay: From ₹27,000.57 per month
