We are looking for Malayalam-speaking Voice Process Executives to handle customer calls, understand their requirements, provide accurate information, and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls in Malayalam.
Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Make follow-up and reminder calls when required.
Maintain qualified and polite communication with customers.
Update customer details and call records in the system.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Requirements
Fluent Malayalam communication is mandatory.
Valuable verbal communication and active listening skills.
Basic English communication skills preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
