Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Developer with robust hands-on expertise in Power BI and Crystal Reports. In this role, you will transform complex data into insightful dashboards and reports that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Crystal Reports
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions
Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and transformation
Build and maintain data models, relationships, and DAX measures in Power BI
Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing reports for performance and accuracy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and reliability




Document report logic, data sources, and business rules

Required Skills
3+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI (Desktop, Service, Gateway)
Solid expertise in Crystal Reports, including design, formatting, and parameterized reports
Proficiency in SQL (joins, subqueries, stored procedures)
Experience connecting BI tools with databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
