Responsible for plan & delivering production as per production plan, ensuring safety, quality within specifications, yields and usages within targets. Responsible for manning requisition and allocation of available manpower to various workstations within department.
Manage daily schedules, employee shifts, and time-off requests
Assign duties to employees and oversee their progress
Train and integrate recent workers
Ensure industry rules and regulations are followed
Handle department documents & registers, Shift team & Floor Management

Required Skills & Experience:
Previous experience as a production or similar role
Full understanding of industry safety standards
Comprehensive knowledge of basic software, such as Word and Excel
The ability to meet the physical demands - on floor job
Working well within a team
Ability to multitask
Leadership and conflict-management skills
Diploma -Mechanical/Electrical with min 15 years of experience.

Job location: Manjusar GIDC, self drive to location.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
