Experience & Background
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in Western/European wear categories
Prior experience working with an export house is mandatory
Proven track record of designing for international/Western markets
Strong portfolio showcasing Western/European silhouettes, trends, and collections
Excellent communication skills to interact with overseas clients/buyers
Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc.)
Ability to lead and mentor a design team
Detail-oriented with robust organizational and time-management skills

Qualification
Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design from a recognized institute (NIFT, Pearl Academy, or equivalent)

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
