Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the housekeeping operations of our resort. The ideal candidate will ensure guest rooms, public areas, and resort facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation while leading the housekeeping team efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily housekeeping operations and staff scheduling.
Inspect guest rooms, villas, public areas, and recreational facilities to ensure cleanliness and quality standards.
Assign daily tasks and monitor staff performance.
Ensure timely room cleaning and readiness for guest check-ins.
Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies, linens, and amenities.
Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety, and hospitality standards.
Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns promptly.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.




Coordinate with the Front Office and Maintenance departments for smooth operations.
Prepare housekeeping reports and maintain operational records.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or resort.
Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
Valuable leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of housekeeping chemicals, equipment, and cleaning standards.
Ability to work adaptable shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Basic knowledge of MS Office is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
