We are seeking an experienced Plant Head to lead plant operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in plant operations, team leadership, and continuous improvement, with the ability to drive safety, productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all plant operations including Production, Maintenance, Quality, Planning, Stores and Dispatch.
Ensure safe, productive and cost-effective plant operations while achieving production and delivery targets.
Drive productivity improvements, quality excellence, equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions to achieve plant objectives.
Develop and mentor department heads, fostering a culture of ownership, discipline and continuous improvement.
Coordinate effectively with Procurement, Sales, HR, Finance and other functions to ensure seamless operations.
Ensure compliance with statutory,



safety and environmental requirements.
Lead plant improvement initiatives, capacity expansion projects, and implementation of best operational practices.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial or related Engineering discipline.
Minimum 15 years of plant operations/manufacturing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior plant leadership role.
Solid leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Experience in steel processing, metal fabrication, engineering, or similar manufacturing industries will be preferred.
Proficiency in Hindi will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
