Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new advertising and business leads.
Contact potential clients through calls, meetings, email, and networking.
Promote advertising packages, TV programs, digital campaigns, events, and media production services.
Meet clients to understand their marketing and promotional requirements.
Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and media packages.
Negotiate pricing and close advertising sales.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and current clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up regularly with prospects and convert leads into confirmed clients.
Coordinate with the production, creative, digital marketing, and event teams to deliver client requirements.
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales.




Monitor market trends and identify new advertising opportunities.
Represent Master Vision International professionally at business meetings and events.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Valuable knowledge of advertising, media, digital marketing, or event promotion.
Ability to generate leads independently.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Positive presentation and client-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and CRM tools.
Malayalam and English communication skills preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
