Job Description – PCA Trainer

Role: PCA Trainer
Department: Training / Learning & Development

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver training programs for Personal Care Assistants (PCAs).
Conduct classroom, practical, and hands-on training sessions.
Train candidates on personal care, patient safety, hygiene, mobility assistance, and basic caregiving practices.
Assess trainees through practical demonstrations, tests, and evaluations.
Maintain training records, attendance, assessments, and compliance documentation.
Ensure training content aligns with organizational policies and applicable care standards.
Provide feedback and coaching to trainees to improve their skills and performance.
Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to support trainee onboarding.

Requirements:




Experience as a PCA/Caregiver Trainer, Healthcare Trainer, Nursing Trainer, or similar role.
Robust knowledge of personal care and caregiving practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience conducting practical skills assessments.
Relevant healthcare/caregiving qualification or certification preferred.
Ability to train and engage candidates with diverse experience levels.

Preferred: Experience in healthcare, elderly care, home care, or similar service environments.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
