We are looking for a Policy Analyst / Policy Research Executive to support research and strategic decision-making for a political client.

The role requires strong research skills, political awareness, analytical thinking, and the ability to convert complex information into explicit, concise, and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
Research government policies, schemes, legislation, budgets, and governance initiatives.
Track political, policy, social, and economic developments at state and constituency levels.
Conduct constituency, demographic, and issue-based research.
Monitor news, government sources, media, and public platforms for emerging issues and narratives.
Analyse public issues, government performance, and policy impact.
Prepare research briefs, policy notes, reports, fact sheets, and presentations.
Collect, verify, organise, and analyse data from credible sources.
Support strategy and campaign teams with timely, research-backed insights.
Maintain databases covering political, policy, constituency, and socio-economic information.




Respond to quick-turnaround research requirements with accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Economics, Journalism, Law, Sociology, International Relations, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in policy research, political consulting, journalism, public affairs, think tanks, or research roles.
Strong understanding of Indian politics, governance, and current affairs.
Excellent research, analytical, writing, and communication skills.
Solid proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
Ability to work with large amounts of information and identify key insights.
Robust fact-checking and attention to detail.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle sensitive information professionally.

Pay: ₹19,273.59 - ₹50,000.00 per month
