Key Responsibilities
As an HR Fresher, you’ll get exposure to different areas of HR, including:
Assisting with end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews
Supporting onboarding and orientation of recent team members
Maintaining and updating HR records & databases




Assisting in organising employee engagement activities and events
Supporting the performance appraisal cycle and feedback processes
Helping with training & development programs logistics
Ensuring compliance with HR policies and practices
Coordinating with employees to resolve day-to-day HR queries
