About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Senior Manager – Sales for a reputed real estate organization in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in real estate sales, team handling, client relationship management, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential/commercial real estate projects.
Generate leads through various channels and convert prospects into customers.
Handle high-value clients and build long-term customer relationships.
Conduct property/project presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
Monitor sales pipelines, conversion ratios, and team performance.
Identify new business prospects and contribute to revenue growth.




Train, motivate, and guide sales team members.
Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and operations teams for smooth lead management.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to senior management.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.

Candidate Requirements
5+ years of relevant experience in real estate sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Robust leadership, negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills.
Experience in managing and mentoring a sales team will be preferred.
Good knowledge of the Mohali/Chandigarh/Punjab real estate market is an advantage.
Valid 4-wheeler and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits is mandatory.
Target-oriented, confident, and professionally presentable.

Compensation

Up to ₹80,000 per month + Attractive Incentives, depending on experience and suitability.
