Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Relationship Manager (RM) who will be responsible for managing end-to-end client relationships, ensuring smooth communication, resolving issues, and coordinating meetings between clients and internal teams. The role requires robust coordination, follow-up, and relationship-building skills to ensure high client satisfaction and long-term engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain solid relationships.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for execution.
Manage and track support tickets, ensuring timely resolution within SLAs.
Assign tasks to relevant teams and follow up until closure.
Conduct client meetings, share MOMs, and provide regular updates.
Handle client issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure resolution.
Maintain accurate client data and prepare support/status reports.




Monitor client usage, conduct periodic reviews, and suggest improvements.
Identify upselling, cross-selling, and renewal opportunities.
Ensure high client satisfaction through proactive communication.

Requirements:

· Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Client Handling, or Support roles.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Solid client coordination and meeting management skills.

· Ability to handle multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.

· Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

· Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
