We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager to lead real estate sales operations, drive revenue growth, and manage client relationships. The candidate should have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in property sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate and close sales leads for residential and commercial projects.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations.
Develop sales strategies and identify new business prospects.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and channel partners.
Prepare sales reports and monitor team performance.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements:
Graduate/MBA preferred.
5+ years of experience in real estate sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets and drive team performance.
