1. Inventory Management:
- Receive, inspect, and store raw materials, components, and finished goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking inventory levels, monitoring stock movements, and reporting discrepancies.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
1. Warehouse Operations:
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and protected, and that all equipment is properly maintained.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
1. Procurement and Logistics:
- Assist with procurement activities, including sourcing, ordering, and expediting materials and components.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
1. Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with inventory management, including damage, loss, and obsolescence.
1. Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders, including production teams and other departments.
- Respond to queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
1. Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
1. Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or related field.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
1. Skills:
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced setting and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and other relevant systems.
Certifications:
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified Inventory Manager (CIM) designation is preferred.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and practices.
- Knowledge of quality management systems and standards, such as ISO 9001.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel and Power BI.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
