Responsibilities:
Lead online QC operations across seafood production lines
Conduct in-process checks for raw material, semi-processed, and finished seafood products
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and export quality standards
Collaborate with production teams to prevent defects and resolve deviations
Mentor junior QC staff and ensure adherence to SOPs
Prepare and maintain QC documentation and reports for audits and certifications

Skills Required:
Solid knowledge of seafood industry quality standards and export compliance
Proficiency in analytical techniques, and documentation
Leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills

Qualifications
Education: B.Sc/M.Sc in Food Technology, Fisheries Science, Microbiology, or Chemistry.
Experience: 2–3 years in seafood QC/QA, with at least 1 years in a senior supervisory role.
Skills: Strong knowledge of seafood export standards, analytical techniques, digital QC systems, and documentation.
Preferred: Immediate joiners with prior exposure to seafood processing plants.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
