Role Summary
Manage, control and maintain project documentation to ensure accurate, timely and secure distribution of drawings, documents and project records.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and control project documents, drawings, specifications, reports and correspondence.
Manage document numbering, revision control, transmittals and distribution.
Maintain document registers and ensure the latest approved versions are available to stakeholders.
Coordinate document submissions and approvals with consultants, contractors and internal teams.
Track pending documents, approvals, comments and revisions.
Maintain electronic and physical filing systems with proper backup and retrieval.
Ensure compliance with project document-control procedures and standards.
Support preparation of project handover and final documentation.
Key Skills
Positive knowledge of document control processes and construction/project documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and document management systems.
Familiarity with AutoCAD drawings, Aconex/SharePoint or similar platforms is desirable.
Robust organizational, coordination and communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple documents/deadlines.
