We are looking for a agile and detail-oriented Reservation Executive with experience in the travel industry to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling travel reservations, excellent customer service skills, and familiarity with GDS platforms. Knowledge of Galileo will be a solid advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Handle domestic and international flight reservations efficiently.
Process new bookings, modifications, cancellations, and refunds.
Assist customers with travel itineraries, fare quotations, and booking inquiries.
Issue tickets and ensure accurate reservation details.
Coordinate with airlines, travel partners, and internal teams for seamless booking operations.
Maintain accurate booking records and customer information.
Resolve customer queries and provide prompt, professional support.
Ensure compliance with airline policies and company procedures.

Requirements
6 months to 2 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in flight reservations or ticketing.
Knowledge of GDS software is essential.




Hands-on experience with Galileo is an added advantage.
Familiarity with airline fare rules, ticketing, reissues, cancellations, and refunds.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
Robust attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.

Preferred Skills
Experience with international and domestic travel bookings.
Knowledge of other GDS platforms such as Amadeus or Sabre is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude, teamwork, and a customer-centric approach.
