Butler is responsible for delivering personalized, exceptional, and discreet service to guests, ensuring a memorable luxury hospitality experience. The role involves supervising Butler Associates, coordinating guest requests, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring seamless communication between departments to exceed guest expectations.
Provide personalized and anticipatory service to all guests throughout their stay.
Welcome VIPs and guests upon arrival and conduct villa/room orientations.
Handle guest requests, preferences, and special arrangements efficiently.
Coordinate airport transfers, luggage assistance, dining reservations, spa bookings, and special occasions.
Ensure prompt resolution of guest complaints and follow up until complete guest satisfaction is achieved.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while interacting with guests.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
