Key Responsibilities
Verify dental insurance eligibility and advantages via fax /web portals
Check coverage details: deductibles, co-pays, waiting periods, annual maximums
Communicate eligibility details clearly to dental offices
Update and maintain accurate records in the system
Handle email and documentation requests
Coordinate with internal teams for discrepancies
Requirements
Any graduate (preferred)
2–6years of experience in dental/medical eligibility verification
Positive communication skills (written & verbal)
Basic knowledge of insurance terms
Comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment
