Key Responsibilities
Visit prospective customers at their homes and conduct professional property/project presentations.
Explain project details, location, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and key benefits clearly.
Understand customer requirements and answer their questions confidently.
Create a positive impression through excellent presentation and communication skills.
Follow up with customers after the presentation and maintain regular communication.
Coordinate with the sales team and arrange property site visits when required.
Maintain customer details, presentation records, and follow-up status.
Collect customer feedback and share relevant information with the sales and management team.
Support the sales team in converting interested customers into site visits and bookings.

Requirements
Excellent presentation, communication,



and interpersonal skills.
Confident and comfortable speaking with customers at their homes.
Positive ability to explain information in a simple and convincing manner.
0–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Relationship, Field Sales, or Real Estate preferred.
Freshers with solid communication and presentation skills can apply.
Willingness to travel within Chennai for customer visits.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence would be an advantage.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
