Job Summary:

The Pre-Primary Teacher is responsible for the overall care, safety, and early education of young children (ages 1.5 to 5 years). The role focuses on creating a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment that supports children’s physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct straightforward, age-appropriate activities (rhymes, stories, play-based learning)
Teach basic concepts like alphabets, numbers, colors, and shapes
Maintain a protected, clean, and positive classroom workplace
Take care of children’s basic needs and ensure their safety
Encourage creativity, communication, and social interaction
Monitor children’s progress and behavior
Communicate regularly with parents about the child’s development
Maintain attendance and basic records

Qualifications:
Minimum: Any Degree
Preferred: NTT / Montessori / Early Childhood Education (ECE)

Good communication skills
Caring and responsible attitude
Basic classroom management skills

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
