We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Customer Delight Executive (CDE) to manage customer interactions, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain positive relationships with customers throughout their service and sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries, calls, and follow-ups professionally.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and support.
Coordinate with sales and service teams for smooth customer handling.
Collect customer feedback and maintain records.
Assist customers regarding appointments, deliveries, and service updates.
Maintain positive customer relationships for repeat business.
Requirements
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Customer service-oriented attitude.
Freshers and experienced candidates both may apply.
Minimum 12th Pass.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
