About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented Student Counsellor & Front Office Executive to join our Chennai team. You will be the first point of contact for students and parents guiding them through our programs, answering their queries, and helping them take the first step toward their dance journey. This is a great opportunity for freshers who love interacting with people and want to grow in a dynamic, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents over calls and in person explain programs, features, and advantages clearly
Make outbound calls to leads and follow up consistently to convert inquiries into enrollments
Pitch dance programs confidently and handle objections to close enrollments (inside sales)
Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets




Handle front desk operations manage incoming calls, walk-ins, and visitor queries
Assist with basic billing and student registration
Maintain call logs and follow-ups in CRM

Who We're Looking For
Any Graduate or Postgraduate — freshers encouraged to apply
Valuable communication skills in English (Tamil or Hindi is a plus)
Friendly, confident, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Immediate joiners preferred

Work Schedule
Tuesday off
Monday to Saturday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Weekend availability required, our busiest days of the week)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
