Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities in the production plant.
Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules.
Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues.
Ensure minimum machine downtime by responding quickly to breakdowns.
Maintain SMT, assembly, testing, and other production equipment in productive working condition.
Monitor utilities such as compressors, DG sets, UPS, air conditioning systems, and electrical panels.
Maintain maintenance records, logs, machine history, and service reports.
Coordinate with production and quality departments to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing.
Manage spare parts inventory and raise purchase requisitions when required.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.




Guide and train maintenance technicians to improve technical skills.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance.
Experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Knowledge of PLCs, sensors, motors, drives, control panels, and industrial automation.
Understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
Good troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills

Preferred Experience
4–5 years of maintenance experience in an Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), SMT, PCB Assembly, or electronics manufacturing workplace.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
