Qualification & Experience: Degree & above with more than 2 years of experience in selling to a dealer network of PAINT INDUSTRY / BUILDING MATERIAL Industry

Age: between 25-35years

RESPONSIBILITIES: Appoint and manage new dealers who can sell all Truecoat’s paint products.
Achieve monthly sales & collection targets from assigned districts.
Appoint new dealers in specialty outlets and ensure consistent billing.
Visit 10–12 outlets daily across districts and maintain reporting discipline.
Generate secondary sales through painter interactions, contractor follow-ups, and site leads.
Provide basic after-sales support to customers through dealers.
Maintain relationships with bulk buyers, fabricators, and applicators.
Ensure product placement, visibility, and promotional activities at dealer counters.
