Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Recruiter with 6 months to 1 year of experience to support end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication, candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination skills.

Non-IT recruitment experience is preferred; however, candidates with IT recruitment experience can also be considered.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Screen candidates based on skills, experience, salary, and job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic screening and coordinate interviews.
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate salary discussions and joining formalities.
Maintain proper recruitment documentation and reports.




Work towards achieving recruitment targets and timely closures.
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Required Skills
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Robust candidate sourcing and screening abilities.
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring practices.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and job portals.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Candidate Profile
6 months – 1 year of recruitment experience.
Non-IT recruitment experience is preferred.
Candidates with IT recruitment experience may also be considered.
Freshers with relevant recruitment internship experience may be considered based on skills.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
